Vision

Bridge Nigeria is an initiative to enable young Nigerians living in Nigeria and abroad to become more actively engaged in volunteerism and community service projects that contribute to Nigeria’s development.  Our hope is to inspire and mobilize a movement where young Nigerians around the world take responsibility for Nigeria’s progress and use their talent and skills to improve our country.  Through its service-based programs, Bridge Nigeria aims to nurture a new generation of socially responsible, civic minded and dedicated young leaders who will make a difference in the lives of their communities and nation.

Mission

Bridge Nigeria provides opportunities to young Nigerians at home and abroad to serve Nigeria by applying their skills, energy and resources towards making positive contributions in Nigeria.  The goals of our programs are:

  • To create opportunities for young Nigerians to actively participate in service projects that respond to identified needs in Nigeria.
  • To promote dialogue, exchange and partnerships among young Nigerians at home and abroad.
  • To encourage a deeper connection to Nigeria and understanding of our country’s culture and history.
  • To develop a wide network of young Nigerians who demonstrate creative, informed and responsible leadership through their service to Nigeria.
